TERMS OF SERVICE

By using Bricktelligence you agree to accepting these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

A tool for managing your LEGO collection. Not affiliated with the LEGO Group.

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Invite codes are required during closed beta — one account per code unless stated otherwise.
• You must be 13 or older to use this service.

• Free tier: no payment required.
• Builder tiers: recurring subscription billed monthly or annually.
• Prices in USD.
• Billing through Stripe — their terms apply to payment processing.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Cancel anytime in account settings — access continues until period end.
• No refunds for partial billing periods (we may make exceptions — email us).

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Builder access continues until the end of your current billing period.

• You own your photos, notes, and other content you upload.
• You grant Bricktelligence a license to store and display your content within the service.
• We don't claim ownership of your content.
• We don't use your content to train AI models.
• Bricktelligence software, design, and branding are our intellectual property.
• LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group — we use it descriptively under fair use.

You agree not to do any of the following prohibited actions:

• Use the service for anything illegal.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service.
• Share your account credentials.
• Abuse the invite code system.
• Use the service to harm others.

• We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it.
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• We're a small team — we'll always try to do right by users.

To the extent permitted by law, Bricktelligence's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes will be resolved under that jurisdiction.

We'll notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
